February is finally over, and that means that spring is right around the corner (hooray!!!). This winter has definitely been harder than any that I can remember (seriously when was the last time it snowed more than once!), so I’m excited for the new month and all the adventures that it will bring! Besides, with spring just around the corner, I can’t help but remember this quote by Anne Bradstreet “If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome.”
I’m going to post my March goals list, but I wanted to say that what I got done in February was pretty awesome! My trip to Hawaii was AMAZING, and I absolutely LOVED the island life! I could seriously live there and be quite happy (if it weren’t for the ridiculous cost of living!). I’ll be sure to do some blog posts about my trip soon! I was finally (finally!) able to order some new business cards and am SUPER stoked with the way they look! I love having my photographs on the front of the cards 🙂 Plus I’ve been a little bit better about drinking more water. As we speak, my water bottle is sitting right next to me… I call that a win! Now on to the business at hand!

- Throw awesome birthday parties for Mara (who turns 5 on the 8th) and Wesley (who turns 9 on the 22nd)
- Read a book (Pillars of the Earth)
- Get the new house painted (As much as possible)
- Start purging stuff in preparation for the move in June
Business Goals
- Rock and Roll at the DIY Bridal Expo (happening on March 9th, come check it out!)
- Reach out to more photographers about one on one mentoring sessions
- Update my portfolio app with new pictures
