One of the best parts of doing any branding photoshoot is getting to know the kick-awesome owner behind the brand!
Dawn and I first connected over a cup of joy (also known as coffee!), and instantly knew we had to work together.
We’ve tossed around a few ideas for what we want to do, but her branding session was the first time we got to see each other in action.
And boy was it a blast!
We had so much fun running all around the grounds of the Hermitage Museum, taking photos and enjoying the art that was everywhere.
Even though it was a bit warm, Dawn and Amanda didn’t complain, but remained joyful and upbeat the entire time!

Unique Events of Hampton Roads Branding Photoshoot
Dawn Allen, owner of Unique Events of Hampton Roads officially began in 2011, but Dawn has been planning and coordinating events for more than 15 years. With 10 + years experience in the wedding industry and experience planning charity and philanthropic events in Virginia Beach, like The Virginia Cupcake Festival. What started out as just a fun hobby soon flourished into a booming business. As an event planner and coordinator I build relationships with my clients. Regardless of the size of your event, Dawn has a dedicated team to ensure that each event is executed as planned to your desire, “your event, your way, simply unique!”
In her down time you might find Dawn hanging out on a beach with her family or sipping coffee in a local cafe. She also loves to travel, soaking up different cultures and learning more about other parts of the world.
