Virginia Beach Oceanfront Engagement Session

Hanging out with awesome people is the best part of my job – especially when we are doing a Virginia Beach oceanfront engagement session!

With the plethora of places couples can choose to have their photos taken, there are few that I love more than beach photoshoots.

And when you’ve got two people who are free spirits like Lizzie and Cameron, you can’t help but have fun while you’re doing it!

When it comes to being an untraditional couple, these two lovebirds really fit the bill!

Lizzie and Cameron are both in the military, have lives that go 100 miles an hour, and love being active outdoors together.

Some of their favorite activities include hiking, biking and playing in the water (pool, beach… whatever!).

Cameron also plays the bagpipes and recently went to play with the Greater Midwest Pipes Band, it was awesome to see a photo of him dressed in his kilt!

Since they both have family all over the country, and with their separate military commitments, it can be hard to get everyone in the same place at the same time.

That’s why it will be even more amazing for everyone to come together for their wedding next June at the romantic setting of Lake Tahoe, California.

Not only is it beautiful (making it the perfect backdrop to get married!), but that location has a LOT of fun, outdoor activities to keep these two busy while they are visiting!
