Plus it’s a working farm, so you might just be treated to some fresh meat and produce. It’s delish, if I do say so myself. We’re so excited to share Kyle and Jen’s gorgeous images today. This wedding has definitely given us a love of rustic elegance, and we can’t wait for the next River Road Farm wedding. Especially when it’s something as sweet as this intimate elopement!

River Road Farm Wedding

Kyle and I Met on Match.com. I was the happiest I had been in a very long time. Somewhere between all the fun times, silly arguments, excitement and inside jokes, I fell in love with him. On November 17, 2014, we were out for a friends birthday and he took me to the dance floor and at the end of the song he dipped me and in that moment my heart whispered “he’s the one”

When it came to our proposal, I had a photoshoot planned for Kyle, Fifi (our dog)and I. We went to a park and met up with the photographer. We took a bunch of different photos and then towards the end, the photographer asked me to look over the lake and Kyle would stand behind and look out too. He said it would make a great shot. As I was posing the photographer said “hey wait Jen turn back around real quick and face Kyle” as I did Kyle was on one knee with this beautiful engagement ring. He said the sweetest words to me and then popped the question.

Some of our favorite things to do include Sunday fundays (day drinking). Long days at the beach, going out to eat, cooking and game nights.

If there was one word to describe our relationship, I would say “dedication”

Our goals/ dreams would be to travel often and raise a caring family in a beautiful house. Once our children are grown and out the house, we want to be those old people you see out at concerts/bars drinking and dancing with each other.
