I’ve ordered a few things from the company, and the quality is wonderful. The paper it’s printed on is heavy-duty, and there are a few different finish options.
Customer service is on point, and it’s very easy to get in contact with a real person.
The one thing that I didn’t personally care for is the velvet finish. To me, it felt waxy.
When I let Basic Invite know about the issue, they offered to re-print my cards or give me a credit for the additional amount I had paid.
I like the different shapes they offer for the invitations (rounded, bracket, ticket, etc). Could definitely be fun to incorporate for themed weddings.
I also appreciate that there isn’t a minimum number you have to order.
If you want to have one invitation, it’s yours. If you need one thousand invitations… they’ve got you covered for that as well.
