As someone who was born and raised here in Virginia Beach, I totally believe it’s always beach weather!
Plus, there’s something about doing a wintery session where we get that most AMAZING sky as the sun is setting.
Don’t ask me about the science behind it, but I’m pretty sure that’s totally a thing!

Winter Beach Photoshoot
We did photos for the Catlett family a while ago, when they were still pregnant with their second child.
At that session, the whole family was there: grandma, grandpa, sister… it was a party for sure!
While that was a blast, it was so much fun getting to spend time with this little group of four.
I loved seeing how the babies had grown and are developing their own little personalities.
Obviously we love parents too, but they just don’t have the same cute factor.
