This location shows that it doesn’t matter where you are – we can create beautiful images anywhere!
But it sure did help to do a Monkey Bottom Park maternity session for Charlie and Ayrl.

I can’t get over how flippin gorgeous those old, twisted, live oaks are!

These two were so much fun!

Monkey Bottom Park Maternity Session

I first met these two when we photographed their wedding a few years ago.

Side note – that was the same year that Eric and I met, so it’s easy for me to remember their anniversary!

Ayrl says that she and Charlie were introduced to each other by a mutual friend three times in 2011.

It took three times for us to actually be interested in each other, but then it stuck for good.

Charlie and I have been together ever since, and we got married in 2013!

The journey to having this little bundle of joy hasn’t been an easy one, but Ayrl says that it is SO worth it!

She says “we have all sorts of hopes and dreams for our son. We definitely want to take him camping and teaching him “man skills” (that’s all Charlie).
But most of all we hope to raise him to be a healthy person, and contributing member of society when he’s an adult.”

Charlie and Ayrl, thank you for allowing me to come love on y’all and your sweet little one!

I can’t wait till he’s born, and wish you guys nothing but love, joy and amazing memories as you start on this new chapter of your life!
