It’s the “off season” for most wedding professionals, but that doesn’t mean the work stops. In fact, quite the opposite! For us, it means time to refresh and brush up on our skills. That’s why we are excited to announce these mini styled wedding workshops for local industry professionals. (cue the confetti!)
We are breaking down some of the most fun parts of the wedding day into manageable chunks.

Mini Styled Wedding Workshops
We have teamed up with some of the most amazing vendors from all over the world to bring you only the best! (seriously, we have things coming from as far as Ukraine)
We’ll show you how to elevate the aesthetics of your image collection to delight your clients and build relationships with fellow wedding vendors.

Now let’s get to the good stuff – tell me about the workshops!
We are planning three separate editorial shoots to cover different aspects of the wedding day. Styling the Details, Styling the Bride, and Styling the Groom.
Style the Details – February 24th
In our introductory workshop, learn how to take all those gorgeous wedding day details and make some (photo) magic:
- Silk Ribbon
- Several Gorgeous Sparkly Rings
- Florals
- Stationery
- Velvet Ring Boxes
- Custom Hangers
- Veil/Hairpiece
- Shoes
- Jewelry
- Perfume
- And more!
The day will open with a talk about the importance of styling the details, how it can help get your images published, and networking with other vendors. There will be several stations set up with items that participants can play with, try new ideas, and create images to elevate their brand.
Oh, and did I mention the mimosa bar?!

Styling The Bride – March 24th
In the second installment of our workshop series, learn how to use the (normally limited) time that we have with the bride, and make the most of it. We will learn flow-posing, which allows us to get different looks/images, without changing bride’s location.
Participants will get one on one time with the bride to capture images that fit their brand.
BONUS: We will be sharing our “secret recipe” for how to create stunning images no matter where you are – guaranteed to transform the images you create!

Styling the Groom – April 28th
Let’s be honest – most of us want to skip over the groom altogether. The groom doesn’t have “pretty details” like the bride does, and most men just want to get the photos done as quickly as possible.
But the guys need a little love too!
Take some time, and learn how to elevate the way you photograph men on the wedding day. You can still work just as quickly, but by adding an editorial flair, you’ll make the guys feel just as important as the girls.
We will go over styling the grooms details (did you even know they had details?!), learn some of the best poses for men, and have hands-on time photographing the gentlemen. You will leave feeling confident in working with the groom and getting those images to tell the complete story on the wedding day.
