In today’s society, it’s hard to stay connected to your family. It’s even harder to get pictures done with said family, and getting photos of three generations is hardly ever done. So when I taught a photography workshop at the museum and put out the call for models to come and be photographed, I was super excited that Jen, her daughter, and her mother said they would come out!

Three Generations of Love

Not only was it a great excuse to get some updated family pictures taken, but getting pictures of three generations is something that Delilah (who is only 5 right now) will be able to treasure years from now!

We started photographing the ladies inside the museum, but we were blessed with absolutely gorgeous weather on the day of the workshop (well, gorgeous for January anyway 😉 ) so we quickly headed outside. Temperatures were a balmy 56 – which felt like a heatwave after the teen temps we had endured the previous week!

Mary, Jen and Delilah, thank you for coming out to participate in the workshop I taught. It was so much fun to photograph you ladies and I hope that you are able to treasure these pictures for years to come!
