This summer I had the pleasure of working with some amazing wedding vendors and with Brandi of Charming Grace Events and I leading the charge, we were able to bring to life a fall southern charm stylized wedding. Everything was BEYOND gorgeous! From the rustic country setting, to the romantic beaded perfection of the dress, to the gorgeous red apple place settings… it was so much more than I could have ever hoped for when we first started planning the shoot!

Fall Southern Charm Stylized Wedding

This shoot was very much a collaborative effort between Brandi and I. We met earlier this year at a wedding conference, and after chatting and realizing how much awesome-ness we had in common, decided to work together to do a styled shoot. I have to hand a lot of the credit to Brandi though, because she was really the mastermind behind this whole project! From selecting the awesome vendors we worked with, to making sure everything was arranged just so on the day of… even suggesting Dani and James to be our awesome bride and groom. Brandi was my right hand woman and I couldn’t have done this without her!

On the day of the shoot, we drove a few hours up to Brandywine MD and got ready to rock and roll for an awesome day of shooting on the farm! Not only was this a stylized wedding shoot, but I wanted to make it a teaching lesson as well, so I opened it up to have other photographers come and photograph as well, and we had a few make the trek out into the countryside of MD to practice their photography and get a chance to work in a wedding environment (without all the stress!).
